The mission of Hearthstone Place is to provide a Tradition of Caring for the healthcare needs of Todd and surrounding counties and to become the Pennyrile areas leading healthcare facility by catering to the needs and desires of the geriatric and special needs population.

Introduction

Located in Elkton Kentucky, Hearthstone Place is Todd County's only Personal Care, Nursing Facility and Skilled Nursing Facility. We are equipped and staffed to accommodate 112 residents. The building is constructed and equipped to meet the health care needs of Todd County and the surrounding communities.
